Purpose: The purpose of this information sheet is to keep a list of those people who are interested in assisting Arabian Horse Fair Association in various capacities and on various projects, including the Fall Festival. The information collected will include contact information, skills and interests. The board and the Executive Director (when selected) will also take requests for various needs for volunteers. Matches for volunteers and the need for volunteers will be coordinated from this information. The goal is to make sure that the work of Arabian Horse Fair Association can be accomplished in a timely manner without over-burdening board members. Another outcome of this will be to give others a chance to contribute in ways they can and make them feel more a part of the organization.

There are always projects going on with Arabian Horse Fair Association that can use volunteers.  Thanks to the advent of the Internet and other technologies, we can take advantage of people all over the country.  And always remember when you volunteer, there are lots of ways AHFA can "take advantage" of you.  Thank you in advance for your willingness to help in the administrative end of the preservation and promotion of the purebred Arabian breed.
